the worst update.
My mom passed away around lunchtime on Saturday, May 20th. She was surrounded by family, at home, and as comfortable as possible.
While we obviously knew she was sick, her decline happened rapidly. Caleb and I have spent all our time caring for and soaking up time with Mom, so we ask for grace and patience as we figure out plans for a memorial service. Once we have service plans we will share them here and on Facebook.
It feels weird that this is such a short post but honestly, writing anymore seems impossible through the fog of grief.
